Grofomo
Pricing

The whole platform, free.

You never get an invoice from us. No subscription, no listing fee, nothing for the marketing tools. You take home the full face value of every ticket, and the booking fee at checkout is lighter than the one your fans are paying today.

The booking fee

7.50% + £0.25

Paid by the buyer at checkout, per ticket.

You keep 100% of your face value.

Every ticketing platform adds a booking fee at checkout. Ours is just lighter than Skiddle or DICE charge, and card processing comes out of our side, not yours. Free tickets carry no fee at all.

How that compares

Lighter than the platform you are on now.

Every figure below is that platform’s own published rate. Ours is VAT-inclusive; where a platform publishes ex-VAT we have grossed it up so the columns compare like for like. Large promoters negotiate, so treat these as list prices, ours included.

A lighter fee. Your call what to do with it.

On a £30 ticket, Skiddle’s booking fee is £3.27 before the delivery fee they add to every order. Ours is £2.50. So either your fans pay at least 77p less than they did last year, or you lift your face value by the difference and keep it: around £770 on every 1,000 tickets. One or the other, and it is entirely your call.

What comes with it

Claim it free. Sell here and the rest turns on.

Claim your event and the first column is yours straight away. Sell your tickets through Grofomo and the other two turn on, still free. That is the whole trade: once your sales run through the platform it knows who bought, what they bought and who came last year, and that is what turns a mailing list into an audience you can actually sell to.

Before you switch

Ask your current platform these eight things.

We are not going to tell you what anyone else does or does not do, because that changes and you can check it yourself. Our answers are underneath each one.

  • Can I email my own ticket buyers from inside the platform?

Grofomo: Yes, from your own domain, to buyers, past customers, your mailing list or a saved segment.

  • Can I schedule Instagram and Facebook posts from here?

Grofomo: Yes, from one draft: feed posts, carousels, video and reels on Instagram, plus stories on Facebook. TikTok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube are coming.

  • Do I get a contact database that persists across events?

Grofomo: Yes. One record per person, merging your mailing list, prelaunch sign-ups and ticket buyers, with saved segments.

  • Can I build my stage times and set times?

Grofomo: Yes. Move a slot and it updates your site, the app schedule and the fans who saved that set.

  • Can I send artist offers and pay the artists?

Grofomo: Yes. Offer a fee, an allocation of tickets, or both, with remittance invoices carrying their VAT details.

  • Can I manage volunteers, vendors and suppliers?

Grofomo: Yes, with their crew counts feeding the guest list and the door automatically.

  • Can I bring my sales history from my current platform?

Grofomo: Yes. We read Skiddle order exports directly, and your whole catalogue moves by CSV.

  • When exactly do I get paid?

Grofomo: Three days after your event ends, from your own Stripe account, with early release on request.

Moving across

Bring your history with you.

Moving platforms usually means abandoning everything you have already sold. It does not here. We read Skiddle order exports directly, so last year’s sales arrive as history you can actually report against. Your ticket catalogue moves by CSV, and your contacts import with duplicate detection so you are not merging lists by hand.

On another platform, send us an export and we will tell you straight away whether we can read it.

Start with your event, not your card details.

Set the whole thing up, see how it looks, and decide about ticketing afterwards. Nobody asks you for a card, and no invoice is coming.

Already committed elsewhere for this season? Tell us what you sell on now and we will look at what moving across would involve.
